Doing our share

ICA’s aim is to be a positive force in society – at every level. This includes everything from shaping public opinion on current social issues to sponsoring local youth football clubs.

Aside from ICA’s corporate sponsorships, we also take responsibility for our local communities. By broadening the range of local products we offer, we not only help to reduce transports but also to strengthen local businesses. Services in rural communities are another priority area. ICA provides payment services in Sweden on behalf of the Swedish Post and Telecom Agency and serves as an agent for the state postal and alcohol authorities.

ICA’s aim is to be a positive force in society. A strong local presence is essential in this respect. ICA therefore participates in debates and outside initiatives, in addition to sponsoring and supporting various projects. ICA works systematically to prevent ethically questionable incidents and corruption. Employees receive training in ICA’s Good Business and related policies and guidelines.
