ICA is a participant in the United Nations Global Compact, and its principles on human rights, the environment and anti-corruption serve as the basis of what we call ”ICA’s Good Business.” With “ICA’s Good Business,” we integrate sustainability issues into day-to-day operations. Sustainable development is part of our business. This includes not only reducing our own impact on the environment and society, but also that of our customers. And at the same time that we invest in the environment – e.g., through energy-efficient refrigeration systems or new organic products – we can cut our operating costs and increase sales. Quite simply, good business means good business.
